Daisy came to Morning Star in May of 2021. We were contacted by Daisy’s owner and she told us that Daisy had lived without horse company for two to three years as her husband’s horse had passed away and she knew that Daisy would be happier living with other horses.

Daisy has had some health issues to overcome and she has made steady progress. She is kind, willing to learn new things, and she enjoys going for walks and hanging out. She is really good at teaching children and volunteers how to put a halter on correctly. She has such patients.

Interesting facts about Daisy – She has a habit of holding one front leg up when she wants you to hurry up and she has a rather unique face marking known as badger stripes.
